Chinmaya Mission Houston’s “Chinmaya Jivan Darshan” team, headed by our Acharya Darshanaben, is very happy to inform you that the first anniversary of its Gita 365 App is coming up in three days. We will restart the App after giving a few days for people to catch up on the clips they have not viewed, or to review their favorite clips. We will soon inform you of the date of restarting the App. There is a very pleasant surprise in the new App!! The clips can be viewed either in English or Hindi!!! All you need to do is just touch a button!!!

Needless to say that the App has been very successful. Our viewership has remained steady around 45,000 people since we released the app. This is a very impressive record for any App. Usually there is a great interest when the app is released, and then the viewership drops off. The retention is definitely due to Pujya Gurudev’s message everyday. We would also like to give you few other statistics for the App:
• Average streaming requests from India – 800,000 per month
• Average streaming requests from USA – 550,000 per month

The app is really good – clear audio, pleasant video. Easy and simple. I listened the 1st Chapter. Needless to say, Guruji’s discourse is simply great in driving home the point. But missed the Sanskrit quotes and the recitation of the relevant Gita verse. Perhaps, later chapters have them.. But simply great job of putting these invaluable lectures in an App. Thanks.

This free app let’s me listen to the highest of spiritual tips in small clips day after day ! Straight from the master himself! Appreciate the hard work of the developers ! Thanks v much . One suggestion – is it possible to add the cast button to the video so I can play it on home TV too.

Swami Chinmayananda’s Gita Gnanayagna is simplified here with titles for each daily video included chapter wise, making it understandable with clarity. Starting the day with watching the daily dose of video in less than 10 mins helps stay in the path of spirituality. Thank you to all involved in bringing this App, for their hard work and dedication. I recommend this to every one.

Though we are very happy that we have a steady readership of about 45,000 people from around the world, we feel that this number could be tripled or quadrupled. Pujya Gurudev’s teachings are priceless and more people should benefit everyday from His message.
